Training Advantage Group provides our services to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. Upon purchase of any product listed at Training Advantage Group, trainingadvantagegroup.com, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions as you have confirmed and accepted your compliance at the checkout.

Training Advantage Group reserves the right to refuse service or sale to anyone at it’s sole discretion. Should we refuse service for any pre-paid booking, appointment or agreement we will refund the payment for such in full. Any and all applicants for training courses and services may be required to complete a background check for safety, compliance and the well-being of all parties. 

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit trainingadvantagegroup.com or send e-mails to us (Training Advantage Group), you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

COOKIES

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

COMMENTS

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

MEDIA

DATA SHARING, RETENTION & RIGHTS TO YOUR DATA

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register and or purchase through our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. CANCELLATION POLICY

Registered course and training participants may request a refund according to our refund policy in the event a cancellation is necessary. No refunds will be allowed within 72 hours of the course starting date due to limited availability.

REFUND POLICY

Payments for services previously rendered that are processed through the Training Advantage Group website are non-refundable. 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our retail store location.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We currently do not ship anywhere worldwide.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

trainingadvantagegroup.com is not responsible for any applicable customs and taxes applied to your payment. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

trainingadvantagegroup.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
